Bert Aarsen Bert and his wife Peggy live in Orange City.  Bert earned his CPA certification in 1978 while working for an accounting firm in Dallas.  He moved to Orange City in 1998 when he accepted a job as CFO for Vogel Paint Inc.

He and Peggy have served on the Tulip Festival Steering Committee for 5 years.
