Wayne Kooiker is a semi retired employee of Iowa State Bank where he has held various positions including CFO, Location Manager, and currently Vice President-Investments.  He has been a member of the Corporate Board of Directors of Iowa State Bank since 1988.  Prior to joining ISB, he was the CFO of Northwestern College for sixteen years.  Wayne and his wife, Sue, reside in Orange City.
